Is Semax legal in Australia?
Not approvedNo semax product is on the ARTG. It counts as an unapproved peptide, and advertising or supplying it is likely unlawful.
Not approved as a medicine here.
A keyword search of the ARTG on 29 September 2026 found no semax product, and the Poisons Standard has no entry naming it. As an unapproved peptide it has not been assessed by the TGA, and the TGA says unlawful import, advertising, manufacture and supply of such products is a compliance priority. Semax was not named in the TGA peptide statements that we reviewed.
