Our apps

Tools from the GLP1 Base team

Private journals for iPhone, for people who want their own record of a treatment their clinician directs.

We make these apps, and their sales help fund this free site. They do not change what the atlas says about any medicine, and no drugmaker, pharmacy or telehealth company pays us. Everything below is taken from each app's App Store listing, checked 2026-10-01.

GLP1 Base: Shot & Pill Tracker

iPhone · iOS 18.0+ · Age 17+ · Version 1.3.0

A private log for your GLP-1 medicine, weekly pen or daily tablet.

GLP1 Base is a private log for GLP-1 medicines, weekly shots or once-a-day tablets. Log each dose and how the days after it go, see symptoms laid out by day since your last dose, and bring a one-page summary to appointments. No account, and nothing leaves your iPhone unless you export it.

Made for: Adults taking a prescribed GLP-1 injection who want a private record to share with their clinician.

  • Day 3 since your shot. Log how today feels.
  • See which day after a dose your nausea shows up.
  • On a daily tablet? The ring becomes a 24-hour dial.
  • What your medicine is, with every source linked.
  • No account. Your records stay on this iPhone.

What it does

  • Today shows where you are in your cycle: a ring for weekly shots, a 24-hour dial for daily tablets, with a dot on each day you logged a symptom.
  • Log how each day feels on a 1 to 5 scale. The after-dose chart lays symptoms out by day since your last dose (latest cycle free, every cycle with Pro).
  • A calendar that shows doses taken, late or not taken, with no streaks to break.
  • Weight and waist with a simple chart, refills and what you paid, progress photos that stay in the app, and reminders on your usual day and time.
  • Pro: a one-page appointment report for your prescriber, built only from what you logged.
  • Short offline articles with sources, and links to glp1base.com for what your medicine is and where it is approved. No account; nothing leaves your device unless you export it.

What it does not do

  • It never picks or recommends a dose. Your prescriber sets your schedule.
  • It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
  • No food scanner and no forced calorie counting.

Privacy

No account, no cloud sync, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Your medication records stay on your iPhone unless you export them.

Editor's note: Three listing screenshots are not shown here: the calendar and the appointment report show dose amounts from the sample record, and the injection-site map is left out as on our other app pages, because this site does not publish dosing or injection information. Mazdutide and ecnoglutide are not linked because, in our records, they are approved only in China. Retain: GLP-1 Muscle Care

iPhone · iOS 18.0+ · Age 12+ · Version 2.3.0

A calm GLP-1 journal for protein, strength and the trends you log.

Retain is a journal for people on GLP-1 medicines who want protein, strength training, weight and lean-mass entries in one place. It describes the data you log. It does not claim to measure or guarantee muscle retention, and it never recommends a dose, injection time or site.

Made for: People taking a prescribed GLP-1 medicine who want to keep track of protein, strength training and body-composition entries.

  • Today screen: protein, fiber and strength together
  • Scanned meal shown as calorie and macro ranges, not single numbers
  • Muscle screen: lean-mass trend and strength entries from your own logs
  • Education library: protein, resistance training and common side effects explained
  • Trends screen: weight and body composition you logged

Screenshots from the App Store listing.

What it does

  • Log meals by hand, read a nutrition label on your device, or scan a barcode.
  • Track protein and fiber, and record resistance sessions and sets.
  • See strength alongside your weight and lean-mass entries.
  • One timeline for meals, weight, lean mass, strength, symptoms and the medication history you enter.
  • Export and import a complete versioned archive of your records, including progress photos.
  • Pro: plate-photo meal estimates returned as editable calorie and macro ranges (after sign-in and explicit consent), plus timeline, plateau and maintenance education modules.

What it does not do

  • It never recommends a dose, injection time or next site. It shows your history only.
  • It does not claim to measure or guarantee muscle retention.
  • It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It is not affiliated with any drug manufacturer.

Privacy

Plate-photo estimates in Pro need sign-in and your explicit consent. You can export your records, and delete your account and local data from inside the app.

Editor's note: The listing's injection-site history screenshot is not shown here; the app records sites but this site does not give injection guidance. Source: Retain: GLP-1 Muscle Care on the App Store (listed by Mitaanshu Agarwal; version 2.3.0 released 2026-07-28; checked 2026-09-29).

Peptide Tracker: Vialry Log

iPhone · iOS 17.0+ · Age 17+ · Version 1.4.0

A private log of the vials and entries you record, for adults on prescribed therapies.

Vialry is a private journal of the vials you hold and the entries you log. It is a log, not a pharmacy, protocol library or dosing coach. It records what you enter, asks you to confirm every entry before saving, and never chooses an amount, time or site for you.

Made for: Adults (18+) keeping a personal record of a therapy their prescriber directs.

  • Confirm entry screen: nothing is saved until you review it
  • Export a complete JSON archive and preview it before restoring
  • Clinician hand-off: a redacted report of what you recorded
  • Settings: optional encrypted backup across devices

Screenshots from the App Store listing.

What it does

  • A vial ledger with the label, lot, opened date and expiry you enter.
  • Every log, including from Apple Watch, widgets and Shortcuts, opens a confirmation before anything is saved.
  • Correct, archive or export any record from an editable timeline.
  • A free full JSON archive with preview and restore, plus CSV export of entries.
  • A first clinician report is free; Pro adds repeat redacted reports.
  • Pro: neutral 28-day charts that describe only what you recorded, with no adherence or treatment scoring.

What it does not do

  • It does not recommend doses, injection sites, schedules or treatment.
  • It does not calculate doses or amounts for you.
  • It is not a pharmacy or protocol library, and it does not sell or source anything.

Privacy

No ads and no third-party tracking SDK. The journal is local-first and cloud backup is opt-in. Optional product analytics is off by default and excludes journal values. Health details are never used for advertising or model training.

Price (US App Store)

DownloadFree
Vialry Pro Monthly$7.99 per month
Vialry Pro Yearly$39.99 per year

Prices are optional in-app purchases as listed on the US App Store. The App Store shows your local price before you buy.

Editor's note: Vialry is listed only on this page. It is deliberately not placed on any molecule or journey page, so it can never read as a suggestion to use an unapproved peptide. Listing screenshots that show amounts or saved schedules, and the app's user-entered notes feature, are not shown here. How we keep this honest

  • We only describe features that the live App Store listing states, and we re-check the listing before changing this page.
  • None of these apps choose, suggest or calculate a dose. Your prescriber sets your treatment.
  • On the atlas, apps appear only on pages for GLP-1 medicines approved in the US, UK, EU, Canada or Australia, in one block per page labelled "Our app". We never place an app on a page about an unapproved peptide.
  • The atlas is written to the same verification standard whether or not a page shows an app.
