Medsafe's index of data sheets for consented medicines, revised 29 September 2026, lists no LL-37 product. The Medsafe classification database lists 'anti-microbial peptides and their precursors' as a prescription medicine class, a group entry that may capture LL-37; LL-37 is not listed by name. LL-37 is not named in Medsafe's May 2026 advisory, which says its list is not complete. Products sold outside the regulated system are illegal however they are labelled.
