No TB-500 or thymosin beta-4 product is authorised in Canada. Health Canada lists TB-500 among unauthorised injectable peptides it has seized (advisory of 2026-04-09), and the Optimum Wellness Centre (2025-04-02), Canada Peptide (2025-08-01) and Rize Fitness (2025-12-24) notices also name thymosin beta-4 (TB-500). Selling unauthorised injectables is illegal. The WADA Prohibited List 2026 bans thymosin-beta-4 and its derivatives, such as TB-500, in S2.3.
