CDE's public register holds 90 records for BI 456906 (survodutide), the most recent being trial-related import and supplementary filings (2025-10 and 2026), and we found no marketing application. A phase 1 study in Chinese adults with overweight or obesity ran from 2024 and was completed in April 2025. Survodutide has no approval anywhere that we could confirm, so it cannot lawfully be sold as a medicine in China.
