There is no authorised KPV product in Canada. Health Canada lists KPV among examples of unauthorised injectable peptide drugs it has seized (2026-04-09), says unauthorised drugs are illegal, and that research-use-only labels give no exemption. Health Canada says peptides are generally regulated as prescription drugs and that unauthorised drug products are illegal in Canada.
