Is Eloralintide legal in China?

Eloralintide is in Lilly's phase 3 obesity programme, and the registered study NCT07321886 lists 14 Chinese sites. CDE's public register shows Lilly import clinical-trial applications for eloralintide injection accepted in December 2025 and August 2026. We found no marketing application and no NMPA approval, so it cannot lawfully be sold as a medicine in China.
