Is Dulaglutide legal in China?

Lilly's dulaglutide injection is on the 2025 national insurance list for type 2 diabetes in patients whose blood sugar is poorly controlled on metformin or insulin and who have a BMI of 25 or more, with the first prescription written by a specialist at a second-level or higher hospital. CDE's register shows Lilly supplementary filings in 2025 and domestic biosimilar marketing applications from Boan (accepted 2024-05; no longer on CDE's in-review list on 2026-09-29, and we could not confirm the outcome) and Shuanglu (accepted 2026-02; still in review). No weight-management indication is listed in the insurance entry.
