Is CJC-1295 legal in Mexico?
Not approved as a medicine here.
This is an unapproved peptide in Mexico. COFEPRIS lists no registration for it, and a July 2026 bill in Congress argues that Mexican law has no provision that classifies such compounds or expressly bans selling them, leaving the authority to act only after the fact. COFEPRIS's own alerts treat selling a medicine without a sanitary registration as illegal, as in its February 2026 tirzepatide alert. The bill and an April 2026 fact-check name CJC-1295 among peptides claimed to raise growth hormone. Human data are limited to short studies in healthy volunteers. No COFEPRIS registration or alert for it was found.
