CJC-1295 is listed in Schedule 4 and Appendix D clause 5 of the Poisons Standard, so possession without authority is illegal. The TGA named it in its April and June 2026 peptide warnings and seized it from premises in New South Wales in August 2026. It is also among the peptides named in the TGA's September 2026 Federal Court case over alleged unlawful advertising by the former BioV8 company. A keyword search of the ARTG on 29 September 2026 found no CJC-1295 product.
