Novo Nordisk ran a CagriSema weight-management trial in China (37 Chinese sites, completed), and CDE's public register shows CagriSema clinical-trial supplementary filings accepted on 2026-07-30 and a one-off import of CagriSema reference-standard material on 2026-09-28. We found no marketing application, and the drug is not approved. Selling it as a medicine would be unlawful without approval.
