No NMPA marketing approval for BPC-157 exists that we could find, and CDE's public register holds no application under that name. Under Articles 98 and 124 of the Drug Administration Law, producing or importing a drug without an approval document is prohibited and punishable by confiscation and fines, and hospital preparations cannot be sold on the market. The WADA Prohibited List names BPC-157 as a non-approved substance banned at all times for athletes.
