Not approved as a medicine here.

BPC-157 is one of five peptides named in Anvisa's alert of 2026-07-02. On 2026-07-02 Anvisa said it is not registered as a medicine, supplement or cosmetic, that no supplement in Brazil may be injectable, and that injectable products of this kind cannot be sold for health or aesthetic use. Anvisa says only properly regularised compounding pharmacies may prepare medicines, individually and on prescription, but it also says BPC-157 is not regularised in any category. It is also prohibited in sport under the WADA S0 category, which the Brazilian anti-doping authority applies.
