Amycretin is an investigational Novo Nordisk medicine that acts on two hormone pathways, and it is not an approved product in the UAE as far as the sources I checked show. Under Federal Decree-Law 38/2024 no medical product may be circulated or sold in the UAE without EDE marketing approval, and the sources I checked show no EDE approval for it. It cannot lawfully be marketed without that approval, and I found no UAE marketing notice for it.
