- On 22 September 2026 Zealand Pharma announced the start of the Phase 3 ZUPREME-3, ZUPREME-4 and ZUPREME-5 trials of petrelintide, with about 7,000 participants in total (about 3,900, 600 and 2,500 respectively). The programme is run with Roche. Petrelintide is investigational.[src]

- Zealand Pharma stated on 28 April 2026 that survodutide is licensed from Zealand to Boehringer Ingelheim, which is solely responsible for its global development and commercialisation, and that Zealand is eligible for high single-digit to low double-digit percentage royalties on global sales and EUR 315 million in potential outstanding milestone payments.[src]
