Oral GLP-1 patent licence to Genentech and Roche
The 10-K states that in December 2025 Structure's subsidiary Gasherbrum granted Genentech, Inc. and F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd a non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-bearing licence under certain patents covering a class of oral GLP-1 receptor agonists that is different from aleniglipron.[src]
