What it does
- Log meals by hand, read a nutrition label on your device, or scan a barcode.
- Track protein and fiber, and record resistance sessions and sets.
- See strength alongside your weight and lean-mass entries.
- One timeline for meals, weight, lean mass, strength, symptoms and the medication history you enter.
- Export and import a complete versioned archive of your records, including progress photos.
- Pro: plate-photo meal estimates returned as editable calorie and macro ranges (after sign-in and explicit consent), plus timeline, plateau and maintenance education modules.
What it does not do
- It never recommends a dose, injection time or next site. It shows your history only.
